RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Token & Pearl pieces but if you change your mind, we happily accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. As all of our pieces are made to order, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@tokenandpearl.com with your order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked service.

 

Our Policy

✦ You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of a return, and a further 14 days to post the item back to us.

✦ Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

✦ Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty. 

 

Faulty Items

Every piece is handcrafted with care. In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
