RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Token & Pearl pieces but if you change your mind, we happily accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@tokenandpearl.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Our Policy

✦ You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item, and ship it back within 14 days of your return request.

✦ Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

✦ Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
